This hotel features well-equipped rooms. The staff were polite. All services were offered by kind personnel. The location made getting around easy.
The deposit wasn't immediately refunded to my bank card after checkout, and it takes 7-10 working days.

serene experience in a vibrant city
modern rooms quiet stay really good service accessible walkway
the modern rooms had great equipment. i especially liked the quiet stay. the personnel offered really good services, from welcome to goodbye. they were polite and very helpful. the location is excellent. there is an indoor walkway directly accessible to the exhibition center.
i noticed a porter wasn't very cute upon my arrival. he didn't smile. i had to tell him twice that i was going to the spa floor to check in.

the breakfast buffet had many options. the staff was friendly, they greeted me with a smile. the location was convenient to many restaurants.
the room smelled a little of smoke, it lingered. the bathroom was small and tight, it restricted movement. the tv remote was unresponsive, and a hassle to deal with.
